What’s the main difference between Mover and existing Memos/Post-it notes?

Normal memo’s adhesion does not withstand massive times of changing positions and they tend to fall off easily given a long period of time. It can be quite a headache to people who are used to sticking them on computer monitor as on-sight reminder.
Taking the advantage of magnets, movers can be infinitely be moved for planning, scheduling and prioritizing purposes. Special design for the mover also enables easy press and pick-up repositioning. Movers can attach to the MoverBook/ MoverPad for a more creative usage of memo-bricks. You can design a template in order to make good use of the movers by creating an unique thinking/planning system. Therefore, it’s not just a post-it, but a movable tool that actualize your ideas and visions.

Why are there only 7 days/2 days templates for MoverPad or MoverBook?

The Mover complementary tools including MoverPad and MoverBook are tools aiming at helping people to focus. That’s why we go with creating physical tools instead of smart and electronic applications in the first place. We are strong believers in focusing and handling things most doable and most near for an individual. Having many clutters will just overwhelm an individual. And the buffer area of the templates is also created to shelter things happening or wait to be considered beyond the most-focused time frame, a week or 2 days.

Can I pledge your product more than once?

So, here’s the deal. Kickstarter doesn’t allow the same user to pledge to a Kickstarter campaign more than once. Here’s their official answer: On Kickstarter, it is only possible to pledge to each project once from a single account. Accordingly, backers can only choose one reward tier per pledge. However, you can change your pledge amount and reward selection for as long as a project is live. You do have options though! First check out all our bundled rewards, and be sure we don’t have what you are looking for in a bundle.

You can also add reward by altering the pledge amount. (Info in our Kickstarter page)

We have extra add-on options for your choice too. We will send you survey for your choice of colour after the project ends.

Can I use my own post-it as refill?

Our Memo Refills are made in specialized size and thickness to perfectly fit in each magnetic container.

Therefore, we highly recommend you to use Bravestorming memo refills. If the campaign is successfully funded, the refills will be supplied on our website in the future.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
