Hi guys, the Buy One Get One Free campaign for Kickstarter backers has ended. Thank you for your support. We are now processing the orders.
Today, we would love to share a new template for you and also a tip for printing out the template.
Here is a new template. The Vertical Weekly template for MoverBook(without Timeline), which is available on our website now. You can also download it via our download tab on our website.
Remember to select "Actual Size" when you print any template.
If you select "Fit" or "Shrink Oversized Page", the output from the printer will be shrunk.

We did it! Thank you for backing our project and helping us pull the project off the ground.
Items for all the backers who completed the survey have been sent. (except survey completion within these few days)

The Review Survey
For the past two months, we have been receiving many enquiries and feedbacks from backers. We are so grateful for any suggestion. That is what it means to be a community!
We have designed a survey to gather all the feedbacks. It may give us a clue about the optimal level of Movers for each backer and help us perfect the purchasing experience (Some of the backers are messaging us if it is able to purchase a specific size of mover) Shipment experience is also an aspect.
Besides, it can also help us decide the color alternative for the Memo-refill and Mover organizers in the future!
We would highly appreciate if you could take within 3 minutes to complete the survey. It will be crucial for deciding our next step in enabling more sizes and choices!

There are many backers asking where to buy extra movers and refill. Some even sent us email sharing how they use the Mover and the organizers. We are so grateful for the Kickstarter backers’ support! You helped us make Mover happen. That is why we are going to have exclusive benefits for our dear KS backers in the future. The first wave of benefit is a 2-week exclusive buy one get one free Mover campaign.
It will start from GMT 00:00 25/10/2019 to 11:59 8/11/2019.
The aim of the campaign is :
1) to help backers use Mover in a more proficiency manner (without the worry of insufficient movers).

Details for the Campaign
For Kickstarter backers, if you use your previously used email with the same name on Kickstarter to purchase a Mover Combo from the Backerkit store (link: https://mover.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders/), you will get an extra set of Mover Combo. (e.g. If you buy one set of Mover Combo Grey, you get an extra set of Mover Combo Grey)
For MoverPad, if you buy a MoverPad Blue, you will get an extra MoverPad Blue. The extra item will be the same color as your purchased item.
The above rule applies to all items bought on Backerkit store for KS backers who use the same email for purchase.
Q: How do I know which email I used?
A: The email by which you received the Kickstarter survey. The one registered on Kickstarter.
Q: Do I need to notify you that I am your Kickstarter backer?
A: You do not have to do that. But you need to make sure you use the same email used on Kickstarter and also the same name when entering the shipping details.
You can gather up your friends and colleagues if they want to jump on the bandwagon! Just let them know you have an exclusive right.

Step 0. Find the Direction!
Only remove Yellow Bottom Layer from “Closed Side”.
Step 1. Remove Protective Layer in the bottom
[Warning] Only Remove Yellow Layer!
Step 2. Install Memo on Mover
Install Memo on Mover with Opened side facing outwards.
If you removed the bottom yellow layer wrongly, please send us an email via [email protected] and we will follow you up on that.

Hi guys, thank you for your patience!
It has been confirmed on the 6th of September, all the tools and packaging will be received. And we will instantly start our shipment.

Since we have many backers, we will gradually ship out the rewards. The first group to be shipped out will be backers with Mover Combo. Other groups will be sent out in the following weeks. Please don’t panic if you don’t receive the package in the following few days.
Shipment takes time and some may even take 2 weeks or more to arrive. Hang in there. We will try our best communicating with you. We target to ship all things out by the end of September.

Progress Update and newest media feature

Hi guys, we are right now finalizing the packaging. And the shipment is expected to begin in late August to early September. The packaging has been changed several times and we want it to be perfect for our debut! Please hold tight!
The Backer survey progress
For those backers who still have not completed the survey, we have direct messaged each one on Kickstarter. And the Backerkit system also has an automatic reminder email sending feature.
Please make sure you have completed the survey if you receive an email provoked by this update!
We are now planning on setting tentative deadline for those who still have not completed survey and nothing will be shipped out for those backers who pass the deadline. But no worries, we will be gentle and announce the deadline way before head!
